"I can't say enough about how great it is to have a hardware store in Copemish. Copemish Hardware was a fine establishment when I first moved here in 2007.
I'm not sure when Gary took over the business from the retiring previous owner but the business has grown and improved.
The employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and can help you problem solve whatever your issue. You can buy just about whatever you need and if they don't have it on the shelf ....they can order and have it delivered in a couple days for you to pick up.
I've been buying wood pellets from Gary for years now. I like to buy local and because I can buy pellets from Copemish Hardware I save myself having to drive 25 miles round trip to Benzonia per trailer load.
Recently just bought a mole trap, which Gary assured me would be the last trap I'll ever need to buy.

Set up 2 traps in the 20+ yard mole tunnel one late afternoon. By morning I had one dead mole. Trap is so easy to set.

"I dont do a lot of reviews, but sometimes its needed.
I called the hardware after driving in all directions looking for a specific adapter that i needed to hook to my generator... Needless to say i was horribly frusterated, short, & panicky that i couldnt find one.
But he said he had a few..
So i drove out there...
Since i said i was the annoying one that called... I got my scolding (which i earned- small town living lol). He was still incredibly patient with me...taking the time to walk me thru things and look for better options.
He went way beyond...thank you"
